Matthew 12:34
34 Brood of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

This is a habit that a child of God must carry. Everyday, feed your heart with the Word of God.
If you want to know a person, listen to what they say. There is no way an evil person can speak good things because every word that comes from within his mouth comes from his heart.
A sinner cannot speak good words. Judas was a thief and he spoke of good things because he was interested in stealing from Jesus, anyone who was listening to Judas was impressed but the source of where those words came from is what mattered the most.
Your words may be good and powerful but what matters is the source of your words. If you speak from an evil heart and you speak good things, those words will never come to pass. An evil heart can only speak negativity and only negativity shall come to pass.
Some of us are children of God yet our hearts are carrying evil.
If you have jealousy and pride and you also speak negative words those negative words will happen because the source of power that is in you is the negative power of the devil. A prayer does not originate from the mouth but the heart.
Proverbs 4: 23
23 Keep your heart with all diligence,
For out of it spring the issues of life.

If you do not keep your heart with diligence, if you allow it to dwell in the works of the devil; whatever that you say or do is on the negative side. What you are carrying inside your heart matters the most.
The issues of life spring from the heart. What matters the most is what is carried by your heart. If you confess negative words about your life, it will remain the same.
What you are today is a product of what your heart is carrying.
Proverbs 18:21
21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue,
And those who love it will eat its fruit.

The mouth receives instructions from the heart. The power of death and life in your mouth are determined by the death and life inside your heart. If you utter a prayer from an evil heart, you will be wasting your time. If you utter a prayer carrying sin inside you, your words would be just between you and you.
When your heart is carrying the Word of God in abundance and you proclaim prosperity, you are bound to prosper. What matters the most is what is carried by your heart.
Joshua 1:8
8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

If you are someone who is constantly feeding your heart with the Word of God; when you speak you will be speaking the word of the Law. You are not prosperous because the power of prosperity is not in you.
When you meditate upon the Word of God , when you speak you will speak the words of the Holy Spirit and what the Holy Spirit says is final.Christianity is a matter of the heart.
Meditation feeds your heart with the Word of God. Judas spoke positive words yet he was a sinner and nothing happened. Most of us are similar to him. Before you rush to speak positive words check the source of where they are coming.
Make sure you feed your heart with the Word of God. The Word of God is the truth, the only Word that God answers to.
God honours faith the most, He responds because those words are His. If your heart has the Word in abundance, when you speak you are speaking the Word of God and this releases power.
Feed your heart with the word of God everyday. God is looking for people He can work through them. The reason why you should meditate is because God wants to work through you.
Negativity should not enter into your heart, the only true word which should enter into your heart is the Word of God. Do not allow both the positive and negative comments from people to live in you, they hold no power. What matters the most is what you are carrying inside you and what you must carry in your heart must only be the Word of God.
Anyone who carries the Word of God begins to function with the wisdom from the Holy Spirit. When you are full of the Word of God, you will seat in a meeting and convince anyone because the Holy Spirit will be speaking through you.
Go and feed your spirit with the Word of God and when you begin to speak anyone will listen to you.
Acts 5: 1-3
1 But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession. 2 And he kept back part of the proceeds, his wife also being aware of it, and brought a certain part and laid it at the apostles’ feet. 3 But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of the land for yourself?

The source of lies and the father of lies is Lucifer. Annanias' lie was given birth by the presence of Lucifer. His giving was a good gesture but what mattered the most was the source of his giving.
You can do something good yet you are a sinner, whatever good gesture that you do will not stand before God but what will is your sin. Grab this habit and run with, you will be prosperous.
Joshua 10: 12-13
12 Then Joshua spoke to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel:“Sun, stand still over Gibeon;And Moon, in the Valley of Aijalon.”
13 So the sun stood still,And the moon stopped,Till the people had revengeUpon their enemies.Is this not written in the Book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and did not hasten to go down for about a whole day.

Joshua in his heart was carrying the word from God. He commanded nature and nature obeyed him.
All of us have the same grace to do all these amazing things ( command nature to obey you) it is all about the source and not the man of God; but the Word of God which is powerful.
If you are carrying the Word of God, you must be confident. Your heart must carry the Word of God. If you have the Word of God, everything you desire will come to pass.
